Say what you like about Breitbart News, but their picture captions in reports about leftist protests always make me chuckle: http://www.breitbart.com/london/2016/07/09/europhile-londoners-hold-anti-brexit-picnic-heal-comfort/

With all due respect I agree with you that we need to move on but the just deal with it attitude is getting tiring as well as it is stupid and ridiculous. If a situation is poor I have the right to be annoyed and protest. I'm not saying we should stay but the current situation with May and Leadsom is just awful and probably doesn't represent the majority of leave voters.Just wow? This thread wont die.
Its just a circle jerk of comments of no substantial substance, basically urinating in the wind from both sides.
Just let it be and move on for crying out loud.
But I suppose this is the rhetoric the special ********* generation are out to regurgitate!
Do me and the other 17 million people a favour, STFU and deal with it then maybe progress can be made.![]()
Exactly, and thats another two years at least. A lot can happen in that time (Whether it be for the better or worse). I think his issue is with peoples opinions and ideology as opposed to the general discussion. You're a clone of SciNeT - if you don't want to discuss the next steps for #Brexit then don't read this thread.
You're making accusations that are completely unfounded by any of the recent posts in here. Who's being a *********/bitter/salty/whatever, as opposed to engaging in discussion about the future of the UK?
What does moving on look like to you, seeing as we haven't left the EU yet and won't for at least two years?
I hate the phrase "Just get on with it" as it is absurd. The idea that you can have a major change in the political and economic landscape and just say "Well it happened" is beyond me. Surely we need to figure out ways in which we carry out the task as opposed to going in blind and demonising those who voted options different to our own. We need these discussions so to digest and move forward in a positive light[TW]Fox;29761315 said:It's pretty much all they have in the playbook. 'Lets move on!' 'Get over it!' 'You are just bitter!' Just like the campaign itself it's all emotive stuff.
It's this weird notion that we cannot discuss the biggest and most dramatic political shakeup in most of our lifetime.
The most odd thing is that we all know how it'd have been the other way round.

We can leave the EU but it also doesn't mean we have to ditch the entire continent as well.
Me?It's interesting that democratic rights seem to be less important if they are being used to talk about things that you don't like.
Edit: Should probably stop posting before the thread is declared an echo chamber.
That's not really a good attitude IMO as a PM can do a fair bit of damage to the country and its reputation in 5 years (Looking at both the candidates). The leaving the EU thing is again a matter of opinion thoughThe government is another topic, or off topic as one would say from this thread.
I don't care who is elected to be PM, so long as they invoke article 50 ASAP.
We can deal with PM's every 5 years so no big deal, 5 years is nothing in the grand scheme of things.
But GTFO of the EU as soon as, it will fold within the next 5 to 10 years if not sooner, looking at the demographic opinion of the EU citizens.
That's without looking at each of the individual EU countries finances.![]()

I'm not sure if that was aimed at me but all i am doing is pointing out some bits of a programme im watching that are interesting and it is funny watching the MP's squirm at what they are hearing in this select committee, oh and i voted leave.
Anyone posting in this thread and from either camp should watch this. From the start.

Why are these kind of people not running the country?

.
How is it so dramatic to you personally?
What are the repercussions to you personally?
What is your loss due being out the EU?
What is your motivation to be in the EU?
What benefits do you personally acquire from being in the EU?
Shakeup my arse, try WW1-2 for shakeups.![]()
You're laughing now scorza but if you look at history you see that things don't go well when young people get shafted.

This is just a bump in the road but it has to be dramatized to the extent of petulance for the special people.
I do apologize if I come across as a little condescending and arrogant, but I did grow up along time ago.![]()
I think your problem is that your not looking at the bigger picture and the potential whole we have dug here, this isn't a hole for our selves but others as well as if the banking system goes kaput you'll be regretting saying its not a shakeup. How is it so dramatic to you personally?
