Shots Fired in Munich Shopping Centre

It's a shame that the German Politician who complained about the Police shooting the terrorist in the train incident the other day cannot be sent to give these new terrorists a very stern telling off for what they have done.

Three attackers according to Munich police.

well given that the mentally unstable types and/or right wing extremists tend to be lone wolf attacks it sounds pretty much like another event put on by followers of the religion of peace and tolerance

French and German elections are going to be interesting

Your apathy is symptomatic of the problem. Turn a blind eye, pretend it doesn't happen deep down thinking I'm okay it's those guys there. Instead of thinking what can we do to change it.

How many far-right nutters have you faced down in recent weeks? Been to many counter-demonstrations? Any terrorists? Fought the IRA, perhaps? Did anything, at all, ever? I'm not holding my breath.

It's interesting how you expect another forum member to undo decades of foreign policy, utter media idiocy and do the job of the government, police and intelligence services all at once... about something that happened in another country and he has no influence over. As well as infer with like minded posters that perhaps we should do something about Pakistan and Saudi meddling, whilst of course you know it's impossible for as long as we use them for geopolitical willy waving of our own. :\

Wait for the facts, then haven an informed rant at lest.

Is there confirmation Muslims/IS have done this or is it all assumptions at the moment?

Not seen any confirmations either way - the videos don't seem clear enough to be sure either.

I think it's almost all assumption.... although, I imagine the assumptions to end up being correct, if things follow the current trend.

Shots fired; police is out; hunting potentially multiple attackers; few other details or witness reports; multiple dead.

Very little to go on.

If its 3 attackers we can safely now rule out the "mental health issues" argument that comes up time and again.

I understand the views asking forum members to wait before jumping to early conclusions but equally, we must start to understand the pattern that is occurring at the moment. there is a serious problem in Europe at the moment and those responsible seem to be emanating from a similar group.

Even not supporting or shunning Pakistan after no longer living there would be w good starting point. I am not saying that Yas can do this but all those British Pakistani cricket fans don't seem to realise that while they are outside of the country they can start change that perhaps they could not from within the country...

It's the general attitude of apathy that is most galling from allegedly intelligent people who say they know what the problem is but attack those who suggest that something should be done about it..

Edit I shielded an Asian looking girl in McDonald's from some deaf guy who was throwing out some language and apologised to her on our behalf on the way out of the store...it was one small thing but no one likes to be treated like a Christian would be in Pakistan.

Just usual racists blaming the religion of peace . Clearly the work of the orthodox.

I haven't seen or heard anything confirming it so yes at the moment it's just assumptions. Which is fair enough seeing as the last few attacks have been done ISIS supporting terrorists.

Why is it that French born Muslims are drawn to IS and not say French born Jews or Christians?

Why do people play the lottery, or believe that a forceful direct action can change their life for the better? Simpler myths have worked to turn people violent before. You don't need to go as far as religion; how do you figure political slogans came about? IS is not the first or last clannish organisation of rebels without a cause.

Now you are being intentionally obtuse

All IS are muslims but not all muslims are IS. So obviously some muslims are motivated by the war cries of IS and take up the fight.

Crush the head of IS and wipe out their structure and you have no propoganda piece motivating others. Easy to say, very difficult to do.
