Worst pain you've experienced?

Just a happy Sunday thread really. I used to think a bad toothache must be up there until I slipped a disc in my lower back yesterday. Phew, hurting so bad right now that my mind feels like it's swimming in pain. Got a doctor appointment at 6am tomorrow morning. If I had to sneeze right now ... I don't even want to consider the new worlds of hurt that'll bring.

Anyway, what's the absolute worst pain you've ever experienced?

Also want to add, I've had kidney stones and the pain I had with that seems like a wonderful memory right now compared to this

when i needed a route canal.

Valium wouldn't touch the pain, at its height my vision would distort and my hearing would become muffled.

Elbow infection. Woke me up, thought I'd broken my arm..then I leaned on it and came very close to fainting due to the immense pain. Broken bones, banged heads, wisdom teeth, operations all a walk in the park. Never though pain from an infected spot on my elbow could create such pain.

After bouncing off a van at speed. The morphine was very, very much needed! Lol

I can't put any in a top spot but a few of the most painful things I've had are:

As a kid chasing my little bro and accidentally hitting the ironing board leg, crack! broke two toes

Hit the top of my foot off some metal railings whilst on a motorbike, broke a few small bones, the pain was excruciating

Usually any toothache, I can't bear it, its like what kryptonite is to superman heh

Had campylobacter poisoning a few years ago, basically near two weeks of diarrhoea that felt like molten metal was coming out and at the same time like someone was stabbing me in the guts with a hot serrated knife then twisting it ,this was every half an hour or so - I was praying for death at one point

Oh god yes, doubled up in agony sat on the loo feeling like your insides are being shredded by barbed wire, if you'd handed me a gun I would've cheerfully shot myself.

Left hip dislocating the day after it was resurfaced and a bone graft was also done on my pelvis, that did smart quite a bit.

Rugby.

Broke my clavicle and 2 ribs just below it, all while the tendon in the Rotator cuff tore.

I actually drove home after the game, only when I sat on couch I thought I'm having a heart attack and went A&E.
