Hi guys, I haven't posted on here before and just wanted to post my PC specs and see what you think of it. :)

Case - Fractal Design Define S with Window
CPU - Intel® Core™ i5-3570K OC @ 3.8GHz
Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
GPU - Asus GeForce GTX 970 STRIX
MOBO - MSI ZH77A-G43
RAM - Corsiar Vengence Pro Red 8GB
PSU - Corsair CX600M 80+ Bronze
SSD - SanDisk Extreme 240GB
HDD - Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB

Let me know what you think!

other than psu quality, its better than mine, so........ its Removed :p:D

Everyone says that the CX series PSUs are terrible and fail left, right and centre however I have had this PSU for over 2 years and am yet to see it fail!

Thanks for the response, may be upgrading to 16GB RAM soon. :P

tbh i have had 3 corsair units in more than a year(upgrade or purpose to sell in a build), started off with the cx430 and was fine in the month i had it before selling computer then i had an older 400w which was also good, but again sold with a computer and the build i have now started off with a vs350 at which point i had a gtx 750, 1 hdd and 8gb ram and held up very well for several months before my upgrades, even had the thing running 24hrs most days.

only upgraded as i did actually want a more reputable unit and was planning graphics upgrades(had 2 since 750) so wouldve needed more than 350w and in both my cases 2 x 6 pin.

i think people just push certain components too much so not living up to their expectations resulting in negative feedback.

I think quite a lot of people just fanboy over the other brands and put down the CX series, like I said the one I have now is running perfectly fine and has done for the past 2 years, my PC is on almost everyday for about 8 hours a time, no problems whatsoever.

I've also overclocked my CPU a little and still no problems, I don't plan to go SLI since my MOBO isn't SLI compatible and I can't afford another GPU haha so I don't think it's necessary to change it if it's fine, like I said, people most probably fanboy over the other brands and hate on Corsair or something haha.

Overclock your cpu if you fancy it should hit 4.4 ghz at 1.25v.

Really? In my BIOS it only allows me to go to 3.8ghz (which I have) and won't list anything higher.
However I just notice you have the same CPU as I do and looks like your MOBO must have the same BIOS as mine, I can not get it to list any higher than 3.8ghz

I think it's more like, you can get better for the price.

Well if I'd have know that I could have got better then I most probably would, though I did buy this 2 years ago and lets be honest I didn't do much research.
Reflecting back on this I think I would have gone a whole different route but I tried to do everything on a budget :P
Now I am stuck with the LGA 1155 MOBO and CPU so if I wanted to upgrade to something else I'd have to buy both since they don't sell many good 1155 MOBOs anymore lol.

That's still a top-end box, good for anything up to 3440x1440, even 4K at slightly lowered settings.

Yeah, I've recently upgraded from the GTX 760 to the GTX 970 which you can see listed in the post but other than that the PC has been amazing for the time I have had it.

It's not the best PC in the world but I'm not a hardcore intense gamer so running most games on medium to high at 60fps does me well!
