eBay seller asking for more money for delivery

Well that was quick

Ah
How long was the auction up for? He didn't notice once during the duration of the auction that he'd accidentally forgot to go to the post office & calculate the postage cost.

Keep the emails and just send them to ebay. The auction ended and you won it at that price, there's no way he can demand more money after.

He has changed tune from !not knowing it was going to cost so much to post! to "well obviously its 14 quid i missed off the 1 duh!!

Yeah he basically didn't get as much as he wanted for it. He had no other interest in it so balls in your court I guess, you've paid him already.

I think its a bit of a cheek to not accept his apology of messing up the postage listed. I mean you wont get it posted for less then a fiver and i think u probably knew that. If you dont want it anymore just say so or come to an agreement of splitting the cost.

No need to go on about it imo.

If your that upset about it just go file a dispute about it.

Why? So everyone who offers free shipping should be contacted asking if they want any help paying the delivery cost?

I'd remind him that his story has changed and that his second message is not very polite considering its not your mistake.

Then I'd say obviously you can not force him to send it but that will be reflected in the feedback you choose to leave.

Solved.
