Thinking of buying a new home in Bradford BD4 Tyresal

Hi,

Need help with a new build home which are planned to be built in 2017 but are getting reserved now. The new homes are located in Tyresal Bradford BD4 on !!!! lane. Heard a mixture of views on Bradford heard good and bad parts like everywhere.

Looking here as house prices only seem affordable around here.

Can anyone help?

Too close to BD3 for my liking dude!!! - avoid like the plague - insurance alone will be through the roof lol.

BD4 is also Holmewood I believe.

It's affordable for a reason, as with a large chunk of Bradford.

Do any of you guys know where is cheapish around here as I work in Morley and the missus works at Leeds/Bradford airport so need somewhere near one of these or in between?

I've always heard that Bradford is a complete dump.

Are these by Gleesons by any chance and are off the large bit of land off Tyersal lane? My company did the geotechnical drilling on there and Gleesons had to organise security due to all the travellers in the area and we also got a van stolen. I'd pass ha

BD6 here, it's not too bad here just outside of Shelf. The rest is quite a ****hole though.

Haha yeah i live with parents at the minute in wakefield and thought Bradford was not that bad but just heard it is full of Asians, Romanians and Gypsies so this is a miss for sure haha.
