Stephen Hawking Conspiracy

I once saw a conspiracy that Stephen hawking was in fact an alien who had crashed to earth and was testing the human race hence the great mind, needless to say it's in my eyes a great pile of trollop from a bunch of tin foil hatters.

yep, watched a documentary on his life and the amount of times various medical professionals have pronounced him to have not a lot of time left to be consistently proved wrong is incredible.

the fact he's still alive is achievement enough and that's before we even get to the great mind spawning scientific advances whilst simultaneously being a helpful and friendly professor for his students.

That bloke is a genius and will be referred to as another Einstein in future years
 
My dad had MND, its ****ing horrible, Hawking is an inspiration, even though he is a waxwork.

edit just went and read the article WOW that is a nasty piece of work, really made me sad if im honest.

Yeah, it does. My initial reaction was one of bemusement because like most conspiracy theories it's just ridiculous. But then you start questioning the motives and mentality of the author. Is it jealousy, malice, mental illness, attention seeking or some kind of hidden agenda (uh-oh counter conspiracy theory)?

If you look at the author's website, he seems to have a history of writing complete **Of all the sneaky swear filter avoiding, underhanded! behave!**. But he's also got an art site full of paintings he's created, or claims to - it's hard to know what's true and what isn't. Attention seeking or mental health issues? Like a lot of 'troubled' artists (and the world is full of them) there's probably no intended malice, it's just a crazy scramble of thoughts.

I've just read some of his other stuff.

He's obviously either some physics genius and every other physicist, including Einstein, Feynman, Heisenburg et al. is wrong, or he's a complete fruit-loop.

I'm veering towards the second.
 
After a quick search, apparently there are people against him as he, 'warned of the dangers of a big bang experiment at CERN'. Could explain it.
 
The idea that the moon is inhabited by the Clangers is interesting. That doesn't make it plausible.

But you can't trust what I write because I'm actually a Clanger and my dismissal of the possibility is part of the conspiracy. Obviously.
