Ok so i am a little confused, CPW tell me to ring Samsung, Samsung numbers tells me to email, email tells me that my carrier will sort it.
So at this point, do I just wait now for CPW/EE? I'm not really sure
CPW, not Samsung will be arranging your exchange. I went into CPW today to sort my order out and to arrange the replacement and was told it will be weeks before CPW have the phone in stock to exchange but they're happy to do it once they have them.
MY GOD how bad are THREE I'm on the phone with them now as I received a text to say call the dedicated team to arrange to get a replacement note 7 and they said we cant do that what a pile of poo three customer service are GGRRR
And we thought Samsung's battery problem was bad

Its a terrible service from Three they are now saying if you keep your phone after the 14 day cooling off period they will not replace your phone

Well I just got two months free with Three for my inconvenience after been given the run around and the wrong information IM now going get a call from three in the next two weeks to arrange to collect a new handset from a three store and do my swap then
