BBC license fee proposals...

Hopefully you are better with numbers than you are with letters. I really can't understand what you are trying to say.
Thanks for you kind words

I'm trying to say the Beeb is not clean the numbers they release to you all are not correct they look clean afterworld the wages are not correct ?after expenses , and tax paid .
What I am saying is they do not. Tell you the truth

Okay my guess. You worked briefly for the BBC and were sacked as, well a read of your appalling ill thought out posts would give a good idea on that that. You now spend your spare time sharing your nonsense on various random forums.

The only plus point is I doubt you will be around for long before you find the next forum to share your 'knowledge' with.

I still work for the scum bags unfortunatly , just so I can tell you how masodanistic they are

If you ban the domain name it doesn't matter what the ip address is, any request for the domain gets stopped.

However that doesn't help if someone knows the ip address of the bbc sites and tries using that as it bypasses the domain name look up.

Brilliant comment thanks w.

Thanks Pottsey, I'm getting on that as we speak. Looks like I can simply block the whole of the BBC with;

127.0.0.1 bbc.co.uk

127.0.0.1 bbci.co.uk

In the host file? Not done it before.

Edit: oh but wait, that is just for an individual computer, drat.

Amp34, router ban was my first go to, but not done that before either, then I read it can be a hassle keeping up with any ip changes? Am total noob at that so sorry if I talk nonsense.

Just ban "bbc.co.uk", it's easy enough, as shown in the link I showed above. Different for every manufacturer obviously, but it'll be similar.

As Werewolf said people can get around it if they really want, but you'll be fighting a losing battle if someone is really that desperate to get on it.

Are you saying the BBC employs too many blacks and ethnics? It's hard to follow your posts at times. Or too few? Every time I turn a BBC TV channel on I seem to see a black or ethnic face, they read the news, they are all over children's TV, they are in every soap, they are sat in the front rows and asked an opinion in every discussion programme, and they are in every cartoon, children's or adult's. In my opinion they are grossly over represented. Is that what you are trying to point out? Or the opposite?

Maybe the black actress who became pregnant had a contract in which she agreed not to become so? I can see issues with many acting jobs where a change in appearance doesn't match history or the script. Whatever, as an example of why one should, or should not, pay a licence fee, it's hardly a game changer...

My personal view? The BBC is a Left wing biased, overly PC, over spending bunch of luvvies and Liberals ramming PC and multi -culti into viewers faces. I'd love to see it fall spectacularly and be gone.

I agree with all that you said I'm black so now if you are white with better academia than me then you get the job ? What's the problem , it's a no brainier .
The problem is you cannot have a contract to say you won't get pregnant ?
What if she was raped ?

What is your problem ?

Coming to get you!

Well I can only say I still work for them , but since I found out everyone was earring twice what I'm on I'm off

Reading your comments has given me cancer T100...

As for the TV licence, I sit firmly in the "I ain't going to pay for it, ever" crowd. Mainly due to how utterly sneaky the people who check for your licence can be. I also watch maybe 2 hours of BBC a month over the course of a year (Sherlock was great, I occasionally go onto the news site etc).

I am not sure if you dixlesyia ia worse than mine . I still work for them , and tell everyone how bad they are . Other companies are far more fluid in the way they work saving much more money,

This is my first forem .
I just feel people need to know what really goes on there.

And your reason for being on this forum is ...?

I entirely agree with you , you want to see how the sneaky people work round here ? Jobs worth *******

swearing should be fully starred out. Do not attempt to circumvent the filters

I just can't believe all the angst and drivel that the TVL generates. It's great value for money for what is after all no more than loose change. Stop being such tight wads and cough up for goodness sake.

Your posts are just plain embarrassing.

I can't believe people are STILL fretting over how to keep the bbc away. Blocking the iplayer at router? Really?
Just slam the door on them, it's YOUR house, they have absolutely no rights of access to your property, they have no legal powers, and it's unlawful for them to force money out of you.
Our whole legal system works on contract law, so don't contract with them. Simple.
Write them an annoymous letter telling them to stay away from your house, they will leave you alone for 2 years.

The only people that talk about contract law are the freeman of the land weir.... People. That oe admiralty law.

The only BBC show I have watched in the past 2 years was Night-manager. Paying £145 per year for the pleasure doesn't quite cut it.

I'm quite content not paying TV licensing fees when I only stream TV from Netfliex and the like which are far far better value for money for me... as an individual. :)

ITs not great value as you would like to think . And why should you not have a choice? You want to pay sky , Virgin Netflix come on man . You can.

I think the E.U said it has to be unblocked this year , so you can watch it for free round the world .
That's why the BBC wanted brexit

Sorry I'm dislecsic are you the perfect man in bed?

The BBC wanted the UK to leave the EU? They hid that desire remarkably well! <LOL> Or was that sarcasm? ;)

Wow you are so correct I work for them , didn't think anyone else new. Now that was sarcasium .

Why do yo not ask for a choice ? Paying the Beeb 4 billion a year for car crash t.v If you all stop paying the fee then parliament would have to be involved . What a better time after Brexit . It won't cost any jobs if they where gone , they employ far more freelance people

Wow you are so correct I work for them , didn't think anyone else new. Now that was sarcasium .

Also look at the net to see how they are bias?

It's more per year than my sim only mobile contract costs and I perceive the value to me personally to be much lower.

I don't want to pay for the tvl nor do I want to use it. I think that is fair. The tvl can pay for much more useful things.

I wish it were possible to not require a TV license and also not be compelled by law to go on about it. Maybe one day.

I think you really need to stop posting drivel. You are quoting yourself here. Your grammar is terrible and your arguments are not well put together, dyslexia or not I can't make heads or tails of what you are trying to say.
