It's close to the 1070, good for 1080p. 1440p ok with a few settings turned down depending on game

In all seriousness, it performs about the same as a 1070, but with higher power draw.

saw a good deal on it for a friend i have 2 msi gaming ones and found them so be good but would cost nearly 70 quid more than the asus matrix card. I do know they are meant to be the evga classified or msi lightning type of card.

Same performance as 1070 a solid 1440p card and a okay 4k card. best suited for high FPS 1080p/1440p. There's only the 1080 and titan x pascal that's decently faster than an overclocked 980 Ti OC vs OC

A single 980ti is great for 1440p but I use 2 of them for 1440p for better performance.

980Ti was, IMO the best card (in performance / clockability and other matters) of the last generation. It's an excellent card.
