Probably not, only this and DE:HR I've pre-ordered. DE:HR was a great buy, this a waste of money in the current state.

Though i understand what you are saying, its up to the individual if they want to preorder or not. They may still enjoy this... Thing for what it is.
i almost cracked and went for gmg earlier as the price looked fair but decided to hold off and glad i did for now but hope those that have been excited for this still get something out of it, was a bit last minute for me to be fair. Not followed the game at all until this week.
Didn't notice any options for it, options are very limited.
I've uninstalled it so can't say 100%, was going to play over the weekend but going to finish DE:HR instead. Going to wait for the patch for this, 30FPS is unplayable
I'm on 200Mbit so only takes any hour or so to re-download. (limited space on my SSD 
)

Yup people can do whatever they want with their money, although I just find it amusing that despite the amount of games being released the way they are now and people complaining, they will still go and pre-order
Even if people can enjoy this game at 30 fps with the vaseline, it would be more the principal of it for me, 30 fps lock is an absolute slap in the face especially with how the game looks.

Yeah, most likely. I've currently got Pokemon on pre-order and I have no fear that it wont be a quality game.
I only preorder games which I know I will want and even if Mafia 3 is in a bad way right now, i really wanted it as I love the original 2.

Its a common misconception that this is a new thing but I remember buying computer games in the 80's and 90's that were outright broken and there was no way to fix them at all. Games were released with bugs so bad it made the game basically a throwaway disk and there was nothing we could do about it
I thought the same for so many games too
i.e. batman arkham knight, bf 3 + 4 (alpha + betas ran superbly compared to final release for me), rise of the tomb raider (ran even worse for me than batman AK...)I loved the previous mafia games as well and think this one looks great with the new orleans setting but I am not going to give the developer the ok for this **** console port by paying them

Oh god AK was awful, it came with my GPU but boy oh boy was it bad
I haven't played it for myself yet but I'm hoping my love for the series can make me look over it. It's far from an ideal situation but it is what it is. I'm only £27 down so I'm not too bothered by it.
I bought APB. I'm no stranger to buying bad games

I only preorder based on price, I only paid £23 from cdkeys because of ordered couple months ago. Am sure the game is still worth that asking price.
I'll try at 30fps if it's not going good I'll just wait for patch.

What baffles me is, in this day and age, they KNOW that releasing a PC game locked at 30fps will get a whole load of bad press and tank sales in the first month ,which is the most important period for sales. Most people now, upon hearing this, will just wait for steam sales or heavy discount in the future

Yep, not happy with the fact they could have released this info months ago. Disrespectful towards the PC user base.

Not only will they of known how PC gamers will react to this and all the bad press that will follow, they have now lost all trust in future developments.
