King’s College London was forced to consider an attack on the traditional anthem from one senior student union officer who claimed the song had links to "far Right nationalism".

Mahamed Abdullahi, the vice president for welfare and community at King’s College London, called for it to be immediately axed from official services because it was “outdated” and “just a bit ****”.

whilst i will admit i do envy the russians for having such a badass national anthem, i'm not sure what we can do about it now.

unless someone wants to modernise it? shall we have a god save the queen dubstep remix?
