Separate licensing which will likely shaft the self-employed and mobile workers, with a nice man in van to check compliance. It can be done, but it'll bite the digital economy.

If VPN's become mainstream then in won't be long before they are blocked/banned in the UK I promise you.

I've got a feeling this government is going to keep pushing more and more and see what they can get away with until people push back.

One of the things I've said for a while now is the Government will do as much as it can without causing a riot/revolution.

I genuinely believe now, that the population is so subdued that if the NHS was made fully privatised you would only get a few protests for a month or so and then everything would settle down. People take everything lying down now.
