I've sold quite a few high value items on eBay and never had any issues (might just be good fortune though).

I've sold laptops and consoles - but every time I ship using something traceable and I've always made sure that the carriers insurance covers the cost of the item - that was even if it does go missing I'm not out of pocket.

Not everyone's a scumbag, you might be fine.

Nah, you can get the entire ps4 pro vr bundle with camera, controllers and ten games for twenty quid. Thirty quid through quidco cash back as well.

If it didn't turn up and you sent it signed for it still wouldn't cover you for the full amount as signed for is for a max of £50, assuming Royal Mail lost it. Best to cover all areas and post using the appropriate means to cover yourself incase of accidental loss too.

No news is good news. I almost never hear back from buyers and only get feedback 20% of the time.
