been there and not that long ago
maybe share with a family member who will keep quiet until you tell them otherwise.
not healthy to bottle up so much anger and loss.

ps / dont listen to me as my own personal life is totally messed up

On a serious note its bad **** to happen, depending on if you have kids or not.

If you got kids chill and swill, revenge is a dish best served cold. ;)

If you don't have kids go all Demolition man in the new year.

I would personally slow cook this week and wreak havoc in the new year.

By whatever (Legally acceptable, be careful about this) means, acquire photographic evidence of "In Flagrante" behaviour.

Print onto Christmas cards.

Distribute to Guests at end of Christmas dinner as the port is being served!

(And after any "Sharps" have been removed to a safe and secure place ;) )
