What should you do if one of your tech support guys are working on a customer's PC who has a shortcut titled "Horny 14 yo girls" in Chrome? The adviser didn't open or inspect the short cut and my viewing software wont allow it either.
As far as I see it, there is no actual proof that the content of the link in what is says it is unless we inspect the link. Even then, I would not have thought such a site would be available through Chrome without using TOR or similar so it might be not what it appears to be.
We don't get through their files and only perform health checks and Malware scans. Unless the customer asks us to specifically check a folder, we don't unless it is part of the health check.
