*** Nintendo Switch ***

I don't know if I can justify buying one just for Zelda and Mario.

They are great games though so maybe. Doesn't seem much else though if I'm being honest.

Edit: And how of all those games not got proper trailers, we've known about Nintendo bringing a new system for ages, surely the studios have had time.

No hardware specs at all.
That's a little concerning but not surprising,
Nothing says wow in that launch.
Few good old Nintendo games, skyrim is meh,ea games are rubbish, xenoblade, arms are decent enough,
I'm not that excited for it personally, and I have bought every Nintendo console.
I guess revealing the hardware specs will damage sales imo,
So there staying tight lipped about the power of the console,
They could have confirmed screen resolution.
Or 4k support if docked.
And I noticed most videos showing a lot of motion juddering ?
Maybe it was the stream not sure.

If they'd of just shown Arms, Mario, Splatoon 2 and Zelda I'd of been a lot more interested but all the other games they showed with no/next to no info has got me a little concerned content wise.

No wonder they're not charging for online at first, no online games.

Lets hope a lot more info/trailers come along in the next month.

Yeah I'm instantly getting it. By the time I get through zelda, Splatoon 2 will be out, then whatever else I can get my hands on. Big question though, pre order coloured controllers or grey ones?

Grey ones for me. I will probably order the coloured ones separately later on.

I expected another big surprise or two, but I think they know Switch is going to sell out fast so more announcements will trickle out over the coming months.

I didn't see it in the presentation, but Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is releasing April 28th

Very happy that Zelda is a launch game. Mario looks cool and is open world.

Yeah glad they were able to get it ready in time!, new trailer is really great!

I'll be pre-ordering with Zelda at least, and likely a Pro Controller too.

It's not really clear what the launch lineup of games is yet.

Was that snow sports game shown 'Steep'?

I was pretty unimpressed and now Eurogamer has the pricing - £280 for the Switch and £60 for Zelda. I'll get it for the Wii U.

Zelda is just rrp though so that will likely be the usual in shops.

£280...was hoping it would be more towards the £200 mark which is what the xbox one s is retailing at, at the minute.

Yeah to be fair, I set my alarm for 6. But my body clock actually woke me up at 4 and I couldn't sleep.

Looks like their will be a bundle for the pro controller and the joy con's. This is the best thing to go for as they are quite pricey on their own.

But yeah £280 for the console, wonder if the people who got the preorders for £200 will have their orders cancelled? That's a big hit per pre order to take. Plus the limited stock.

200 was the stockholder price, theyll have to accept the new price. I didnt watch the conference but i heard 4 games at launch...one of Just Dance and the other a tech demo....is that just first party or something because if not thats poor.
