*** Nintendo Switch ***

Got the Switch coming next week and I still went out and picked up a Wii U game today as its out of print. The console will still have a place under my TV next to the Switch. Even though I ordered BOTW for both systems.

The irony is, no grown up male will be out in public playing Mario and Zelda on this thing, despite the whole portable console thing being it's main selling point. It's too embarrassing and humiliating to be participating in such an act. You know it and I know it. I really hope I don't sit next to a guy playing Zelda as I'm heading out on a plane for my next business trip, or I will be concerned. Now I know that this is unlikely for the reasons I state, despite today's social issues.

Why will you be concerned? Personally I think you should just be banned from this thread.

I'll be playing mine in public a lot, jjust like I do my 3DS.

You are ridiculous.

What would be your concerns regarding a guy playing Zelda on a plane next to you?

The grown adult will be reading a novel on his kindle, or finalising his PowerPoint presentation whilst sitting on a plane heading out for a business meeting. The guy who is really a child or hasn't matured will be playing Zelda, after all, why would they be playing a game designed for children?

Just makes no sense, why are you even in this thread if you feel this way? Games are for kids bla bla. I could not give a toss what you or anyone sat next to me on a train/plane would think. I would be doing noting wrong and if you feel it is wrong then if anything it means you have issues yourself and you are projecting. lol

Damn you're a horrible judgemental person. Never knew I could only do two things on a plane. I'm also sure everyone heading out on business has a power point presentation to make, every single one!

It's funny that, when I head on business to London on the train, I play my Vita as my work is already prepared....

I must be adulting wrong by not having to leave my work to the last minute :(

I've done multiple trips with work, none of them even for a meeting. Funny how people can live a very self centered existence. :(

Yep, I find the travellers with laptops the most intrusive as they take up the most space, like it's their right. I never knew trains were extensions of people offices :(

Strangely enough in my adult life I've never had to do a presentation, I did plenty as a kid in school though.

The appeal of Nintendo games is that they're suitable for all ages and are critically acclaimed as such.

This is the stupidest thing I've heard in a long time.

I'm a married man in my 30s with 2 kids, I'll happily be playing Zelda on the train while not giving a toss what the person next to me is doing, reading or watching.

When you grow up you might find you care less what strangers think and focus on the things you like, time is precious.

There's a difference between hard working people who want to go the extra mile, and average output through limited commitment.
