They are all on about the old model which would be silly for this budget anyway.
The current mini shares engines with the 1 Series.
The new mini: 10 pounds of **** in a 5 pound bag in the looks department.

Looks are subjective. It's fundamentally an excellent car.

The new one is no doubt a good car but the looks have gone backwards. The rear lights are way too oversized. The bottom half of the front and rear bumpers look like a stuck on after thought and it's just too big and bloated, hence the comment. And don't get me started on the 5 door.
Any other version then the 3 door hatch is absolutely vile
Did you make a decision? What did you think of the Leon?
How are Mini's so quick? i don't see how they are so nippy off the line and achieve such impressive 0-60 times when they are not any lighter than your average hatchback.
Has the 1.5 cooper got a turbo? Many models "apart from the Cooper S" don't seem to have very high bhp or torque but they are quicker than what they appear on paper.
yeh but yours is a diesel
she know's her stuff and likes the petrol.
We left a deposit on this mini http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201702082108282
I hope it's ok as it's the only well speced one in budget. If it's not mint she might have to pcp a new one
She drove one at local mini dealer first and loved it she's not driven a petrol Leon yet but she has drove a 2.0tdi fr one and liked it, personally I don't like Leon's i don't like seating position or the seats themselves , always preferred the Bmw driving position
