It's too hot :(

Yeah... i'm not enjoying this at all, had the fan on constant send all day, windows open, no wind, still mid 20's.
I know i'm going to get **** all sleep tonight, and worst of all its supposed to be like this for the next week:(
Come back winter, all is forgiven!!!
 
I'm in Yorkshire and I can't help but think people are slightly over reacting, its warm but stupidly warm, not sure what all the complaining is about about to be honest.

The fact that at half 10 at night, next to the sea the thermometer is still reading 26 for me.

Second hand air con on eBay is about £100 well worth it and far better than any gheto fan. Although with this heat you might struggle to find one, but in October there will be plenty for sale second hand.
Was a lovely 18c at home, now at work and I'm sweating just sitting here.

18c? LUCKY!

It's been 29c inside most of the day and as I work from home on the pc, it's not been fun.
 
I love this time of year, and equally love it when its hot, I would suit a warmer climate for sure. Its doubly nice that we are near the summer solstice so now at 23:12 I can still see remnants of daylight on the horizon. Although I won't sleep in a top I'll still probably be under the quilt tonight.

me too, I'm a sun worshipper and I'm sure I should have been born on the med somewhere!

My room is boiling but I'm just sleeping on top of my sheets for the past few weeks so no problem!
