Nope, even the grandmas were fine but they sat in the shade. Just make sure all your guests have plenty of fluids and it should be fine.

Thanks for that, about 40 of us and there is a large shaded area for the actual ceremony. Trousers are going to be a pain though.

30C in Stafford today. Ideal if this was Spain, but Stafford is in the UK and the UK isn't built for heat. Low ceilings, thick insulation, carpets, lack of commonplace AC.

I'm an Autumn person. Cool dry days with lovely sunsets.

Still showing 22c outside here. Portable AC is doing well though. I just went out the bedroom to be hit in the face with a brick wall of heat! Love the heat in the day, nor so much at night.

It's at this time of year that I am so happy that our bedrooms are downstairs (semi-basement) and 5C cooler.
