Just bought aorus waterfoce gtx1080ti - possible cracked ?

Bought this and looking close at it now noticed what lookslike a hairline crack. What you think ?

should have added that I bought this off a seller used. Its 2months old. Also the crack is just right of one of the screws on the backplate. If you look closely it appears abit of the nickel coating has even come off and the copper is visible.

He said for you to contact gigabyte?
Surely he should be contacting them as the invoice for that card is in his name therefor they will only send the replacement to his adress?

First year according to gigabytes warranty page you have to contact place of purchase.

He has replied to say he bought it direct from aorus when asked what retailer he bought it from and asked if he had repaste it, to which he said "you cannot re-paste it. So no lol" ?

Is it possible for original owner to send directly to your selves to check RMA to see whether it's default or chased by said user ?
Seems seller could be pulling one over the OP
