Personally, I think mario is reason enough to buy a switch. Really want a donkey kong though.

Even a tropical freeze port / remaster would do.
I saw this news on other sites. Nintendo are having a great year so far. With the content they've released so far I don't know how 2018 could be better. It'll be fascinating to see what they have in store outside of Kirby and Yoshi.

I’d be happy with that too seeing as i missed out on it not owning a wii U.
I’d be extremely happy with a lot of wii U titles being bought over to the switch to be honest. As I never owned one, and there were a fair amount of great 1st part titles released for it !
Looking forward to the new yoshi game. The art style is just fantastic.

Amen, would love even a simple upscaled copy; one of the few reasons I've not asked my wife to get it for me for Xmas or B'day (that and she's now treating me to the live Zelda concert in London in November)
I've been to a few gaming orchestras, and they are always fantastic events.

Yeah, I've been to Distant Worlds (Final Fantasy) before and it was great; I keep missing these things when they come through so really excited about this one as I've loved the Zelda soundtracks for years.
In fact one of my first 'video games' was an LCD watch game which had a very 'lite' Zelda game built in. As far as I know it was officially licensed.

I'm sure at some point they will release some sort of wii u classics range. It would be shameful to leave them in the wii u back catalogue. Tropic freeze was one of the best games I've played from Nintendo.
Indeed ! And it would give us guys who didn’t have the chance to play them, a real good reason to pick it up

The one game that will forever be best on the Wii U is Mario Maker. The way you can draw on the pad and play it on the TV won't be happening again, unless you play that exclusively on handheld mode on the Switch and dock to play the level you design afterwards.
Mario maker was always best player in handheld mode, so it's really not much different on the switch.

What was the reason for that? I generally played levels on the TV tbh.
Regardless, how intuitive and seamless it was to make levels on handheld and play them on TV was pretty great.
Just treated us to a Switch and I’m more impressed than I thought I would be tbh. Mario Kart is great fun with the kids.... Just picked up a Pro controller so I can play Zelda I find the joy cons a bit small....
Really nice system it feels polished although it does lack in multimedia functions but I did read some are being added ?

I have Zelda, Mario and Mario Kart and I have been really impressed with them all so far, Especially in hand held mode.
Been looking at Rogue trooper but will read some reviews first...
