Star Wars Battlefront 2 Benchmarks

I believe there is also a bandwagon un-pre-ordering going on due to heros being either grindable or you can skip the grind by paying up more cash.

This is not new, also the values being asked are not special.

If you look at a disgustingly popular game like world of tanks you can pay over £50 for a tank which may or may not be better than regular tanks and it will be one out of hundreds of others.

But EA is an evil piece of **** for wanting in on that delicious micro transaction pie and wanting to farm the surplus money that people have.
F2P games have always had that element of paying to win but not seen it in purchasable games before. I have seen times that you can buy elements that make your character look better but not affect the way you do damage etc.

Just the way I see it and I won't be paying for a pay to win game.

Not even going to lie, if I made a popular game and knew that offering grind skipping for hard cash would make me a huge stack of money I'd put it everywhere.

I'd then pay someone to listen to the whining while sleeping the sleep of the innocent on a mattress of banknotes.

With respect, the thread title is "Star Wars Battlefront 2 Benchmarks". There is nothing to stop you or anyone else posting benchmarks from anywhere they please. I'm not quite sure why you've got such a bee in your bonnet about this.
Then the op may better serve this site by posting a range of representative benches not just the ones he favours. A better example are the ‘xx’ reviews threads that list all the relevant reviews in the op not just the ones that the poster wants to show.

It’s starting to be some an unfortunate habit on here of late where shortly after a beta or demo is released someone posts up their cherry picked benchmarks to show how much faster one vendor is than the other.

Yes I can post other benchmarks, so can others but unless they are in the op they will largely be ignored, that’s why I called AMDMatt out on it.

Unless someone is altruistic enough to collect every benchmark before making a thread then that will never happen. If people post up what they find to add to the thread then I think it is fair enough. It also shouldn't be beyond the wit of anyone to work out what cherries a poster called AMDMatt is going to pick.

Agreed, all the time when I post a link for a new game it's because that link has shown up on my feed before anything else.

Get outta here with that logical rationale! :D

Anyone is free to post benchmark results, the key is indeed in the thread title.

Personal gameplay/bechmark - Videos would be nice to see. Mine is in the OP if anyone wants to compare.

I reckon you'd be largely ignored for ranting about something, posting nothing but that and then suggesting others post something that fits your preferred world view. Just sayin'.

It’s hardly a preferred world view is it asking for some credibility and consistency amongst benchmarks. If people want to believe obscure foreign benches posted by AMD representatives then that’s up to them but I for one believe I was right to call that person out and there were already other benches shown that displayed shall we say an alternative truth!
