Nope, They used it, and found no difference between it and the driver prior to it, check their link.PCH are not using the Star Wars Optimised driver.

I had a good read through and the only reference to drivers was where they stated that 17.11.1 was the most recent driver available. Could you point out what I have missed please?Nope, They used it, and found no difference between it and the driver prior to it, check their link.

Thanks. Seems strange that they chose to test on an FE card rather than a gaming one but it tallies with their gaming scores. Odd that AMD would trumpet performance increases that other sites seemingly found and this one didn't. I wonder if it is specific to certain areas?
AMD never claimed performance gains with the new driver, it was just labeled Game Ready.Odd that AMD would trumpet performance increases that other sites seemingly found and this one didn't. I wonder if it is specific to certain areas?
I would listen to me if you are using an AMD GPU, you'll want 17.11.2 or later.AMD Matt suggests different. I guess one of you is wrong.
Do every wonder how the fanboys are going to react if AMD decided to pull out of the consumer market leaving the entire field open for Nvidia to charge 500 GBP for mid range cards?mate do you work for nvidia, i only ask because everyone of you posts have been on the gpu section hunting down amd discussions and trying to prove nvidia are better,
