I haven't had anything as bad as that but I have had a few hard locks which is pretty annoying.

Have you tried holding the power and sync button at the same time?

Sounds like you may have been one of the unlucky ones but tbh there seems to be a fair few with similar issues which isn't good.

Mine does this thing where the display won't show anything at all when I turn the console on. And for some reason taking the disc out and turning it off and on tends to sort it.. gaming in 2017 aye.

It's only done it 2 or 3 times but still can't be right

They better replace it with another Scorpio edition controller! that's the only reason I pre ordered the scorpio was for the all black buttons lol

So now we are a few weeks in... anyone getting that niggling thought of buyers remorse?

It's a great system, but I'm not really sure I'm overly impressed with it just yet game wise. Hardware is spot on and great value imo but I have yet to play a game that makes me think it was worth it

I guess games going forward would utilise it more?

Yeah it's going to take time for developers to start utilising the power.

Most of the One X games we have now are standard One games with 4k tagged on.

Once they start doing it the other way around the system will start to shine.

No buyers remorse here. I received my 1x as a gift!

Havent had much time to play on mine to be fair but so far Im really happy with it. Hoping to give it a good bashing over xmas tbough.

Cant say as Im blown away so far, but then I havent been properly blown away since I unboxed my playstation and played tomb raider for the first time

I think the 1x will come into its own a bit further down the line when devs engineer games from the start to take advantage of the power. Most 4k/HDR to date are just bolt ons.

So last week I got round to ordering a project Scorpio edition from amazon as I had saved up a fair few vouchers. Supposed to get delivered last Friday but never showed up.

Annoying but worse things have happened. Turns up today, to an address I didn’t ask it to be sent to (?!), anyway finally relieved it’s here. Got a free evening time to play some games!

Open the box up...something doesn’t seem right. The box is all scratched. Open it up...oh dear. Someone has wrapped up an Xbox 360 and put it in there.

Nice Amazon. Real nice.

That's weird! I thought it was bad they left mine on the door step of the flat I live in which is access to 2 flats. They knocked and left it there, they put the status as posted through the letter box?!

Very strange they delivered it to a different address. You'd think they'd insist on signed for delivery at £450!

No - I’m sure. It came in a sealed Amazon box. It was delivered to another address on my account, after I had asked them to change it on the phone. Tbh I think the person I spoke to did nothing about it.

I’m pretty sure someone has nicked it, sent their 360 back to amazon for a refund - amazon never checked it and it went back in to stock...they are sending a replacement back out this week. They didn’t seem that fussed which makes me think this isn’t the first time this has happened!
