All details are correct as per the confirmation email. Called up the store and when they finally answered they have no knowledge of this site and say the only delivery they do is Deliveroo and I need to contact them. So I'm going to have to contact BK Head Office tomorrow it seems to get a refund.
Contact them on Twitter. You'll likely get it resolved pretty much instantly with freebies. (Hopefully not spit in your food). Don't forget to name and shame the specific store in your tweet.
I did this with KFC last year when it was an absolute dump inside whilst eating. Bins overflowing on floor and trays on floor and tables, anywhere they could put them. Posted a photo to their twitter and got £100 in vouchers.
