Furthest you have travelled in a car

Not on a car, but on a motorbike I did where I live near Huntingdon Cambridshire to Corpach (just past Fort William) in a day.

I had megasurus.

2 long days I did for work.

1. Stoke -> Wisbech -> Peterhead
2. Stoke -> Milford Haven ->Hedon (nr Hull).

In one go with just comfort breaks. Salt Lake City -> Seattle

Are we talking about without stopping, or in one day, one one road trip...?

Without stopping I've driven from the Nurburgring to Calais, which (by the route I took) was about 325 miles (and one tank of fuel!).

In one day I've driven from Milton Keynes to Edinburgh and back, which is about 700 miles I think all together, but I've taken at least one break on the way there and one on the way back too.

I fairly regularly drive around 1,000 miles in a week, and have done as much as 1,700 miles in a week once or twice as well.

I used to do Corby to Peterhead twice a week but that was in a Truck.
In the Uk I did Peterborough to North Berwick and Peterborough to the Lizard. Dunno which is Further !

In Australia I did Forrestfield (WA) to the middle of nowhere on the Nullabor Plain and Parked up for the night but that was in a VW Combi (1982)

Without stopping I've done Edinburgh to Bromley which was over 400 miles and Detroit to a place near Chicago which was slightly shorter.

With breaks I've done about double that in one trip.

Southern Spain to Calais in about 24 hours about 15 years ago on a family holiday (parents driving).

Myself driving, probably somewhere on Western Australia. We had a few 10 hour day drives.

London - Croatia and back once.
London - Nice and back many times, usually in one day.

Used to do lots of short breaks in Barcelona, Geneva, Milan etc when I lived in Nice: never felt very far though as it's smooth, clear autoroute pretty much the whole way.

Macclesfield, Cheshire to Partizanske in Slovakia.

Stopped in Dover on the way there, didn’t bother on the way back!

I drove from N Wales to Dartmoor last year which was about 320 miles with 1 stop.

Several years ago me and my dad did Leeds to Dover (270 miles) day 1, Dover to somewhere a bit past Toulouse day 2 (700 miles), from there to near La Rochelle day 4 (300 miles) then back home day 6 or 7 (700 miles). Car died somewhere near Le Mans. Got a 300 euro taxi to Caen, ferry to Portsmouth and a hire car back home :p My dad had to go back and pick the car up a week later. Nuts.

About 2 years ago I drove back trom Tubingen, near Stuttgart in southern Germany to Bromsgrove in Worcestershire via the Calais/Dover ferry and unloading the van in Bradford. 950 miles in a day.
