I like Mogg, he irks all the right people.

Mogg, Boris and Gove dream team nightmare more like! Give thinks everything and I mean everything was better in the 50's and has ruined every department he's ever run leaving a legacy that would be funny if it wasn't education and prisons he was in charge of! all Boris has done since arriving in government is convince me that he actually is an incompetent bafoon and not just pretending and mogg would be the worst PM in living memory. PS nobody voted for hard brexit that term wasn't on the ballot I filled out!
Sadly that won't stop him becoming Tory leader if he runs and the party have a stupid moment! I doubt most members of the public would have picked William Hague out of a lineup!
True, though as hinted at I don’t think the party are that stupid, never mind the fact that he doesn’t seem to have any leadership aspirations.
I wonder the number of calls for May to quit will decrease knowing the bookies favourite (and therefore serious contender) is JRM as next leader. Not someone I would vote for but I respect that he is always willing to debate with people if they don't agree with him.

I think it's crazy that the Government can completely change leader and course of direction without having to call a general election.

You'd be surprised. He's not far being Nigel Farage as being known to Brexit supporting individuals thanks to Facebook.
I quite like his honesty, calmness, intelligence, and common sense (ignoring the religious/abortion issues). Most other MPs just seem to spout one-liners and never give an answer to any question.

Essentially people like him as he spouts hard line Brexit guff. Without Brexit he would just be that other posh Tory 5 finger shuffle.
To be fair he has a pretty backward view on abortion but has said he would not push his views on anyone else - given the grief the last Lib Dem leader (cant remember his name) got for views on Gay marriage I think this is exactly the line he should have taken instead of pretending to support it when he didnt
Agreed, he gets under the skin of the permanently offended brigade.
If they have any sense, then yes wise move. People voted out, not more of the same, by a different name.

People voted out for many reasons. They didn't specifically vote for a hard or soft Brexit

You don’t, you leave it to the EU to solve it.
Not sure what to make of JRM, some of his personal views are very far from mine, I don’t the country as a whole would support him and his followers seem to be a bit rabid (sounds like another party leader....). But he seems to be a conviction politician even if I don’t agree with his convictions.

Well like you said, people seem to like JRM for his convictions even if they don't agree etc, but that is the exact same reason they dislike Jeremy Corbyn
