I noticed that Dark Souls: Remastered is £32 on Amazon. I am OK with that so I pre-ordered. I would hope for a similar kind of price point for Diablo III (if it happens).

Yea I mean that's pretty much ok in my eyes and I guess Diablo would be good at that price too. Still I do think £25 would be a perfect sweat spot.

On the fence about what system to get souls on still but I'm excited to replay it no matter how slight of an upgrade it may turn out to be!

First impressions - not 60 fps.

My exact reaction when I fist started playing XenoBlade 2. Was quite annoyed by it initially coming from high frame rate of PC gaming, but after a while I gotten used to it.

Kirby games have always been a little 'my first platformer', which is why I never got on with them despite them almost always being artistically fantastic.

Bought NBA Playgrounds last night as it had 50% on the eshop. Fun but I'm terrible at it.

Need to get Zelda next month. What else would be worth picking up? Thinking of Sonic Mania and Fire Emblem Warriors?

Xenoblade 2 was amazing. Possibley one of my favorite games of all time.

Only got the Switch for a few weeks, and Xenoblade 2 is currently the only Switch game I got lol

Not much point get more games at the moment when there's no time to play.

I was playing Kirby with the son earlier. He loved it.

Despite the frame rate being 30fps. I didn’t mind. Good fun game as always. Very easy though.

anyone playing fifa 18 on the switch? I feel it's the type of game whereby 99.9% of fifa fans have it on xbox/ps4 but there's something about a quick match in bed which appeals to me. I also travel a fair bit with work as well so the odd match whilst sat in the airport/hotel could help pass the time.

edit: also I've ordered a few hdmi/pd cables and adapters to see if there any good. Fancy having easy access to three tvs in the house but I'm not paying £80 for the docks! Will let u know how I get on.

I work in IT as a design architect and go out to the middle East a fair amount. No too much it becomes a chore though. There isn't much to do hence why I bought the switch.

I'm not expecting the hdmi cable to work but I'm going to try. Failing that search Amazon for yccsky. If the cable doesn't work I'll be getting the hub and charger next.

The cable in question is a USBC to hdmi which also has a powerful pd chip inside (power delivery) well over the spec for the switch. You just plug the mains adapter into the port next to the hdmi end. Looks perfect but I have a feeling it won't work. Fingers crossed.

Careful, I think that uses the power delivery chip that has been known to fry switches.
