Honestly it looked like a daily driver, I was amazed. Not sure how many carbs they have but imagine balancing that lot :eek:

That said I did have a peek through the vents on the engine cover and the engine looked immaculate.

Yep, I don't know of they're individual throttle bodies or not though, if they are then you're right on the balancing part though

Yep, they are. The SV stands for Superveloce (super fast), a moniker which is still used today. Here's an Aventador I spotted a while ago, also an SV, as can be seen on the rear quarter:
