Apparently with this "whistle blowing death bed confession" they hadn't the foresight to scan the pictures or get copies of them to put into the video so you can actually see whats on them in any real level of detail. :rolleyes:

Here's a video from Cody's Lab. Boiling water until it freezes. If you're wondering how that happens and you don't want to watch the video, here's a spoiler:

It's in a vacuum chamber. As the pressure decreases, the boiling point of the water decreases, so at a low enough pressure it will boil at room temperature but not at a uniform rate throughout. The water molecules that boil first will be given off as vapour and take some heat energy with them, lowering the temperature of the remaining water. This continues until the remaining water freezes.

I didn't know that was what happened, so I learnt something from the video and therefore found it interesting. It just popped up in the "related videos" while I was watching someone else and I though maybe someone else will find it interesting, so here it is:
