Lol he’s been in there but was out debated by far superior intellectual members who shot down every single one of his points he was trying to make.
Fortunately he was never to be seen in there...
You sure that was SC? From what I've seen of that place it sets the bar even lower than GD! :p

I thought the uk continuted to trade slaves long after banning it at home?

it was never officially permitted at home in the first place. Evangelion's statement re: the UK banning slavery before the US did perhaps refers to the transatlantic slave trade and the intervention by the Royal Navy. The UK put an end to the trans Atlantic slave trade starting in 1807 (arguably contributing to the 1812 war with the US), slavery itself still existed in British colonies and was stopped in 1833. The US abolished slavery in 1865.

As far as the UK itself is concerned there wasn't the same sort of scale of slavery here - there was some but they were more akin to house slaves... there were two court cases - one in England and one in Scotland where slaves took their masters to court and it was established that there was no basis for slavery in the first place in English (or in Scottish) law and that was the end of it within the UK.

The English case is this one from 1772

Nope. Other way around.

The Slave Trade Act 1807 abolished the slave trade throughout the entire British Empire. Britain also began lobbying other countries to end their respective slave trade.

The Slavery Abolition Act 1833 abolished slavery throughout the entire British Empire.

Is there anyone left on the forum who doesn't think Chris Wilson is a compulsive bull****ter?

I like to give people a chance, I'm quite naive sometimes.

Who even has a flag pole ?

We moved here in 1983 and that flag (or it's descendants) was on a flagpole back then and that's before right wing groups etc.
I claim my £100 which I will put towards a new Gimp mask when you invite me to a party.

At least someone on this forum knows how to provide pics.... :P

If Chris provides proof i will donate £100 to a charity of his choice. However, if anybody wants me to prove that i've donated the money they will first need to pay me £100. This is mainly because i'm a liar and will not be doing what i have said i will be doing. Hope this clarifies matters.
Played sir well played :D.

Ahh ok, that's cool ^_^

I always thought we banned it but kept trading.

I'm offended by the Romans/Italians enslaving Britain. I want some compo immediately!

That's not a nazi swastika I don't think. Possibly a religious symbol. Still a weird flag combo though :p

It was a nazi flag, this one to be precise

The "Fuehrers Standard" Flag. But then you see israeli flags up nearby as they "support" Israel....As we all know Jews and Nazi's have no contentious history whatsoever. Very confused bunch to say the least.

There was another headline about one of these tards in a somme memorial parade with a naszi swastika tattooed on his neck. https://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/...fast-somme-commemoration-parade-34816123.html

So to summarise, they support israel and british forces while all the while jerking off to nazi emblems and other flags that can be considered racist (confederate flag)...Yup, makes a ton of sense.

My neighbour sometimes flys one, can't see the issue really, its hardly a Nazi party flag is it.

Another neighbour changes their flag every other week, sometimes to ones that I have to google they are so obscure.

This about sums up what I think of it.

Still no one willing to put their money afore their mouths? I have the photo now, just awaiting anyone who is willing to put their wallet to a registered charity (of my choice, you send the payment and show the receipt on here), above a big gob ;) I'll even take a mobile phone video, walk past next door, show the flag, into my drive, up the path, through the front door and show the Daily Mail of the relevant date on my hall table. Feek will have a damned good idea if it's the right house, otherwise I call gob ******

My patience wears thin :) Pathetic response.
