Guess again - I've only once seen anyone remotely connected with motorcycles displaying such a flag... and even then, only as a sew-on patch on the back of a cut-off denim jacket, worn by some nob who pretended to be all about the biker culture and a full Patch-holder of the Hells Angels, despite his own brother saying the guy has never even owned a single bike and has half of one in parts under his bed.
So there's that theory gone.

i will say my neighbours have a flag pole and regularly have something up it, currently it is the St Georges cross, Never spotted anything i would consider inappropriate.

There is a tatty old Vauxhall Astra estate round these parts with a confederate flag on the roof and the slogan "The South will rise again" on the rear bumper.

I don't mind acting as the go-between here. I'll recognise Chris' house without any problems even though I've never been there and (as far as I know), never met him. I'd rather have a video as offered than plain photographs though.

Those are Jacobite rebels, not Confederate rebels... although quite a few Scotts and Scottish-Americans did fight for the South. Had their own Scottish regiments and everything.
Even the term Redneck is of Scottish origin, after the Covenanters who wore red neck scarves during a rebellion against King Charles.

It seems like he might want payment up front, you know, like that guy who offers to tarmac your drive if you pay him £500, and then quite demonstrably fails to tarmac your drive.
