To be honest fellas my treatment here has been very hit and miss, some painfully stupid mistakes have been made in every sense and some staff shouldn't be allowed near a hospital.
As some of you know I work as a doorman and have done for roughly 18 years, well on fathers day my colleague and I were savagely attacked by a group of 6. While trying to save my colleague from being bottled I was pulled down and my leg kicked from the side. My Tibia shattered in 12 places obliterating my lower knee.
There is indeed, I'd never date another nurse again though. Qualified or training they're all nuts. Lol
Trying not to dwell on ifs but having so much time to think about everything its hard not to. Now I'm forced to change career I'm thinking about what I want to do once im back on my feet but I'm suffering the same problem ive had since leaving school. What the hell do I want to do?

Not surprising really, incompetence is rife in the NHS. There's no free competition (to the benefit of the NHS or its employees). The system allows for stagnation and "promotions" are largely a function of time not skill or work ethic. My sister works as an ODP, and there are people who prep equipment in operation theaters than don't know 1m = 100cm.

That's a good idea. If they have wifi then do this. If they don't then get a mifi/portable-hotspot/phone-tethering or ask someone to download a load of courses. It could change your life entirely. That's a pretty rotten situation to be in, I know how frustrating it is to be stuck up in hospital.
Do they have wifi there? Possible to get a laptop and start taking some classes online? Maybe look into some basic programming/design courses on code academy, could be the start of something![]()
Been following your posts in the past, must say you haven't had the best of luck mate, I hope karma is treating you to some decent looking crumpet in that hospital and also treat the scumbags to what they deserve.
Wish you a very speedy recovery pal.
Decent looking crumpets??

Trying to get those x rays for myself.
Not too far from Broughton could always get in at Airbus if you've got some qualificationsWell ahead of you on the music front, though ive been the YouTube music app which has been pretty good. As for the bourbon suggestion I don't drink at all and if i started now I probably wouldn't stop lol.
