Rioting in France, two fans dead - perhaps it is good we didn't win after all

Rather a sad end to what should have just been a celebration, it seems that our home grown idiots jumping on bus stops, an ambulance and raiding Ikea are rather tame in comparison to what has happened in France with full blown rioting, looting of shops, arson etc..

I was going to post about this yesterday but it was just a few tweets of people looting a shop and some minor violence, seems it turned into much more widespread disorder as the day/night progressed.

Not quite correct, Vancouver Canucks lost to the Boston Bruins in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final in 2011. There was a widespread riot in Vancouver as they lost, not won.
