For those wanting a real treat, try banoffee overnight oats
Usual oat to milk mix but add a little dark sugar (1 tsp for me), a little vanilla extract and a shot of espresso. You can add banana and Greek yoghurt on top for the full experience but it gets quite calorific

I'd just give it a go. The second portion does seem to "separate" a bit (we use milk and yoghurt) but just mix it up and it's fine. I'd have thought at least 3 days worth would be fine, if not more.
