Geforce GTX1180/2080 Speculation thread

Guys you have to remember that these are the Founder Edition prices. And it's usually for those people who can't wait for the custom cards to appear so pay the extra to get the card they want earlier. I don't understand it myself, but, some people want to be the first etc.

So back when Launched the 1080 FE MSRP was $699 but the AIB cards MSRP was $599. So I would imagine that it will be something similar this time around. I know the prices aren't great, but, there should be cheaper custom versions coming.

It's still a pretty big price jump though but as long as consumers keep buying prices will keep rising.

Same boat here.
Bought my 1080Ti on launch week for around £700 (MSI founders) No way in hell am I paying this much.
Definitely going to wait and see what happens next year.
