Hi I need help choosing a new dishwasher.

Ive narrowed it down to these two

Bosch SMS67MW00G £416 (after discounts) A+++, 44db. A major review site rated it as 79% with only problems being glasses showed water marks.

or

Bosch SMS67MW01G £410 (after discounts) A+, 36db, auto door opening. The same site rated it near perfect at 86%.

Is the difference between A+ and A+++ large?

Instead of looking at some pointless letter ratings. What is the power usage data.
You should be able to find the KW used per wash, then you can compare.

If by 'major review site' you mean Which, take what they say with a pinch of salt. They have reviewed dishwashers from Neff, Bosch and Siemens, which are made by the same group, sharing the same internals and features, but given comparable models totally different scores, praising one for being quiet and the other for being noisy.

With the models you have chosen, there is very little difference between them. The MW00G has Zeolith drying, the MW01G uses a heat-exchanger. The MW00G has a pre-rinse function, the MW01G does not.

Noise is where the big difference is - quieter is generally better, there. I'd be going for the MW01G, myself.

On the subject of automatic door opening, I thought Miele had the patent on that technology. The spec sheet for the MW01G mentions 'Eco Dry' but I cannot see that referenced anywhere else. Seems odd they would put that in one model and not the rest...

Bosch SMS67MW00G
0.83kwh
237kw per year

Bosch SMS67MW01G
1.05kwh
299kw per year

So about £8 a year extra to run using 14p per KW.
No difference in water usage.

Its in the manual... it says during the eco mode the door opens slightly at the end of the cycle.

How curious. Well, I would go for that model if I were looking for a freestanding one - it is quiet, pretty efficient and has that drying option.

I have a series 6 Bosch dishwasher :)

Edit: Bosch SMS69M22GB

It has all the same stats (A++) but the the two options you gave stated have perfect dry tech.

Any questions? (Mine does not open at the end of a eco drying cycle)

I opted for the Quieter one in the end. However, l orded the A+++ model first from the high street store as it had over £150 off. They promised delivery for today even sending text last night with a time, but first thing this morning recieved a text saying delivery is now 29th October! When I phoned they told me it was always booked for 29th. So I cancelled order out of principle and went with someone else that only had the quieter version in stock. They delivering tomorrow... hopefully.
