Hasn't happened before to me but I have won an auction for an item which presumably the seller was expecting to sell for more. Item was collection only but he is not responding to any messages. Should I just leave it or pursue with ebay?

If he has done it before it is possible that ebay will suspend his account - not sure what happens with paypal accounts. By not reporting this I just feel that it will just get worse over time.

Will ebay release his address / telephone number?
Yea.

Go to advanced search, look for contact information. If you have a transaction with the seller it will allow you to find their address and contact number associated with their eBay account.

You get three strikes I beleive. Plus all the seller has to do is say it’s broken or something.

Deffo go round there and be told to f off by them. Maybe earn yourself a slap too if he is a bit tasty?

I would move on. Report it if you want to be vindictive, maybe get him a mark on his account?

Whatever fills your day with joy I guess?

When did it finish? Presumably a few days ago now, just don't be that guy sending angry messages because an auction finished at 9pm on Saturday night and you've sent 48 messages between 9.01pm and now to someone who was out on the lash last night :p

All ok. Just knocked on his door and asked him to hand over the item asap as I had blocked his neighbours driveway and was on a rush ;) Looked a bit surprised but ambush works.
