Thot Audit

Not sure if the overt intention was to attract a load of strippers, which is apparently what's happened.

I'm glad most social media/streaming has passed my by. I mean, watching people play games. What's that about? In my day we used to play games ourselves and all this was fields
occasionally I have watched a streamer on my tablet screen whilst gaming something single player.
some of them are really knowledgeable and you can learn a lot about min maxing in strategy games from them.

most are a waste of time and only for entertainment purposes though and seem to aim their "act" at the younger audiences which I have no interest in watching.

I assume the majority of twitch viewers are young teenagers

No….

The whole reason he didn't take his salary was a PR stunt to say "look, i am a rich man, i don't need to get paid, i'd do this job serving my country for free!"

Then he goes and charges INFLATED (he put the prices up btw after the election) rates to the government for the secret service for playing golf at a resort that he owns. He could easily go play golf for a day out near the white house, not spent a weekend away in Florida, flying Air Force One there and back, spending fuel, security detail for golf. You know, if he were so charitable and don't want to make a profit from the government then charge the rooms at cost, not at profit, not at inflated prices, or play golf in the state, not fly across the country.

THAT is the point.

Not sure how much more one needs explaining.

He's the President of the USA. He's going to have huge security whichever hotel he stays in. Saying he should provide room and board for the Secret Service et al. for free because it's his hotel is going beyond him simply not accepting a salary. It's asking him to pay for his own security. You that is the point and all the above is just trying to stick to your narrative. Now if you can show he puts the prices up above normal rates for Secret Service members; or that his hotels are empty and he's going there just to fill up rooms, you might have a case. Otherwise, as I said, you're now demanding he pay to be president.

I think you simply have difficult understanding. Period.

Always missing the point, always.

Pointless…going on ignore.

Trump bashing is so last year, the worlds moved on.

Not if your the BBC. They don't make comedy anymore. Trump is the closest thing they have :p

But anyway. People are reporting the thots because it's funny. It's what 4chan do, it's basically a giant collection windup merchants who sometimes take things to far.

The only reason i would watch Let's Play videos (never stream) is to check out how it looks in game and perhaps how it plays. I could never sit through hour of that.
I've found myself watching a few LPs. Mostly to see how people with actual skills beat tough situations. I'm really bad at games :(

Right after posting that I watched about 20mins of RDR2 online beta, and not sure if its a good thing or bad thing but watching that doesn't entice me of getting the game at all, actually did the opposite.

I like watching streams when I can't be bothered to play myself. Don't knock it, it can be soothing sometimes.

.. or terrifying, I watch people play games that I'm too scared to play myself as I'm a massive wuss when it comes to survival horror.

The thing is, when you boil it right down, what is a game?

Well mostly a game consists of players jumping through arbitrary hoops that the devs construct. Sometimes it can be fun or at least mildly distracting.

But sometimes the hoops are annoying, and you think to yourself, "Why am I jumping through these arbitrary hoops when I really don't see the point of it all...?"

...So instead you choose to watch someone else jumping through the hoops, and possibly doing so with a consummate ease that completely embarrasses your own efforts... But then you explain to yourself that these guys have spent literally years learning to jump through these hoops, and in the end they get nothing other than a useless skill and a tiny bet of ad revenue.

And that is how you become a self-hating gamer :p

I think anyone who computer games after about the age of 19 needs mental help.

I've never understood it being slightly older, a pure waste of time when you could be learning new skills, new languages etc. It is the ultimate modern day two fingers to bettering oneself.

If I’m self employed and give my self a wee tug after work every day, does that count?

No. But you might be able to claim depreciation in value depending on how long you've had it.

Is it a better or worse hobby than posting on here? What hobbies do YOU have?

My opinion it's like most things - a little is fine and perhaps a positive if it provides some mental activity and a bit of relaxation. If your life is built around it, probably not so much.

Why are you posting on computer forums... Pure waste of time when you could be learning new skills, new languages etc. It is the ultimate modern day two fingers to bettering oneself.
