Excuse the dust, will use compressed air to clean out this weekend :)

Very happy so far. At stock very loud. When undervolted it's quieter than my Vega64 Liquid Edition (set to 970mv). I get exactly the same performance undervolted (20850 in firestrike, with a 6700k), why they ship these cards at such insane voltages is rather strange, though it's a 10 second step to set the undervolt in wattman, so no biggie.

Absolutely no coil whine on my card!

Will report back after gaming this weekend :)

I ran timespy and got 8904, dunno if that is any good.

Yeah I’d say that’s a great score, what processor was it paired with? I had 8695 with a 2700x processor

I think I won the undervolting lottery with mine. It stays rock solid stable as low as 915mv using heaven for hours. I couldn’t believe it. the fan would stay around 1000rpm mark and it’s whisper quiet to the point the cpu fan often can be heard over it. Played Destiny 2 and horizon 4 waaaay too late at a rock solid 60fps 4K so it’s doing exactly what I wanted. Very glad I gave up on rtx. I am very excited to see how the drivers develop now.

That was with a 1950x but everything stock. I did mess about a little last night and mine also is happy at like 900mv with an overclock on the hbm. Haven't properly tested yet but flat stock not touching a thing that was my score. I recon that a bit of a tweak in cpu and you could see that go up some. If I took half my ram out and cranked it and my cpu I think a good chunk more is achievable.

I haven't seen any driver or other issues at all yet but was expecting it to be junk given the reviews.

Yeah it’s just the typical internet pile-in.
I’m surprised some of these ‘tech-gurus’ didn’t manage to figure out how well these undervolt. Maybe the media drivers were not the same as launch or they had some bad samples? Or maybe they are just bad reviewers?
It’s a shame because the negativity of initial impressions is going to be hard to shake off

You cant crossfire radeon 7 VII

After getting the card installed and a fresh windows installation, I don't think its that noisy to be honest, yes the fans ramp up but its not like the 1900-XTX hair dryer or 5900 ultra, I have also experimented with under volting and can still run standard clocks 1800mhz at 930mv standard being 1098mv I don't know why amd set voltage so high.

will try lower after some lunch. so far I am impressed by VII temps and its not that noisy.

I am very VERY interested in your opinion between the two cards. What frequencies you running the 64LC at?

Can someone tell me the PCB length? Although I was planning to get one I don't know if it will fit in my case. My 266mm 980ti fits with about 3cm to spare. I found a reference that says 305mm but nothing official.

Hi, I'm in the club.

You could see how Sapphire & Co must have had to rush to get these boxed & out the door, Mine didn't even have the plastic protection bit for the pci-e strip or the stoppers for the display ports etc.
Interesting - my 64 nitro+ arrived without the pci-e strip, one of the DP dust covers and the install disk missing. I thought it must have been a customer return, rather than Sapphire in a rush.

It's a shame the reviewers didn't properly understand undervolting
