Does anyone know the rough amount of time it takes Gigabyte to return a graphics card that's been sent for repair/replacement?

Thanks

Hey guy,

What's the RMA number that OCUK gave you? I can try and see what happened, also what was the card model?

Hello,

The card is currently being repaired by us and should be sent back to OCUK either tomorrow or Monday. I've have asked the RMA team to keep me in the loop on the status.

Just received the following email -

The product GX-19P-GI on RMA RMA357707 will be sent to you on a new order with order number 5524751.

This will be despatched as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.

Does that mean it's a new card?
Overclockers no longer stock this card so how will they send me one?

probably means its been shipped from gigabyte and will be shipped once received my OCUK. Nearly 4 weeks without your card sucks though

Yeah it's not ideal.

I've got by with a spare 680 I had but the vega was mainly for vr.

It's the first time I've ever had to RMA anything.
