I was at the gym this morning, and when I came out of the shower, there was a chap brushing his teeth at the sink. I noticed that he had the tap running full blast, but was looking in the mirror as he brushed.

It got me thinking - how many people do this? I rinse my toothbrush, turn off tap, apply toothpaste, brush teeth and then rinse again when finished.

What about you?

no - it's wasteful

however I leave the tap running when I'm washing dishes to rinse off soapy liquid as I go (no dishwasher)

I generally brush my teeth in the shower, but no I don't leave the tap running. We have plenty of water up North though.

I don't know why but since I got my electric toothbrush a few years back I turn the tap off but for all the years I used a normal brush I left the tap running!

Matter of fact my girl is a Hygienist. And listening to her horror stories on daily basis I think the logical question is, do you tend to clean your teeth at least everyday.
