They aren't undecided, they are decided, that they are the opposite sex. Or something else entirely.
It isn't a sensible suggestion. You expect every trans person to happily use the "unisex" toilet do you? Don't be daft. They will want to use the toilet labelled for the gender they feel they are.

I don't think women wanting or even expecting to use a bathroom labelled women with just women is something only feminists can get behind.

Neither do I. I do, however, think that only taking an interest in women's issues when it's useful to **** on trans people is something only ***** can get behind, though.
Maybe look at it the other way around. Most people know women in their life, girlfriends/wives/sisters/mothers etc. Rather than looking at this as an attack on trans people, look at it as an attack on a protected women's space. Now understand why almost everyone can be concerned about this.
Stop trying to assume everyone's motives are to bash trans people rather than be concerned about the encroaching invasion of privacy and protected spaces for the women in people's lives.
I would never ever call myself a feminist, but I'm still concerned about this. And not because I want to 'bash' trans people.
If you consider the posting history of many of those in this thread who are backing the OP, you quickly see a pattern of absolute tools who generally stand against women's issues except when they can weaponise them to attack trans people.

This is beyond 'womens issues'. Women and Men have had separate changing rooms and toilets for a really long time. This isn't a matter of 'women's issues' it's a matter of a huge cultural change. People can be critical of womens issues and be concerned about this. This also could go the other way, I don't think I'd be comfortable with a FtM in my changing room or toilets either.
