Ryzen 3000 RAM timings

So I have got the RAM down too 108 seconds in the easy test in the Ryzen DRAM tester. Note I am 3800 with an IF of 1900. I pass memtest86 and Ryzen DRAM tester maximum memory.

As this is nearly the best that would imply that 8-pack RAM is very good. So I have never overclocked DDR4 before and I need help making sure everything is okay. Also at a loss as to how I can get the last 6 seconds off in the Ryzen DRAM tester. So that I can get 102 seconds for the easy test.

These are the settings I am using in BIOS.

Impressive results - but can't read the bios settings. Were you wrestling a tiger with the other hand at the time of taking the pictures :p?

The camera does not like my monitor. So I have been trying to get the timings right so I could get close to the 102 seconds ryzen DRAM tester states as ideal. The issue is basically I don't know what I am doing. Just using trial and improvement. So now that I am close to the best result, I am at a loss for what to change. I have got all the big improvements and now getting the last out will take a bit of understanding. Maybe I could be lucky and don't need to change anything. I have got all that I can. Hoping this is not the case.

tCL = 16 big voltage required to change this to 15 and get good timings elsewhere.
tRCDRD = 15
tRCDWR = 15
tRP = 15
tRAS = 31 (tRCD + CL. Otherwise, approximately equal to tRCD + 2×CL.”)

tRC = 46 (tRP + tRAS)
tRRD_S = 4 (min value)
tRRD_L = 9 (errors at 8 in memtest86)
tFLAW = 16 (tFLAW = 4 * tRRDS larger the more stable)
tWTS_S = 4 (min value)
tWTR_L = 9 (errors at 8 in memtest86)
tWR = 10 (min value, 12 works well too)

Second image
tMAW.MAC = 0 (auto only can't change)
TrdrdScL = 5 (can be 4 or 5)
TwrwrScL = 5 (can be 4 or 5)

tRFC/2/4 passes memtest86 test 10 at these values
tRFC = 280 (tRFC = 8*tRC or 8*tRC + 8) 368 lower better, aim for 270.
tRFC2 = 249 (273)
tRFC4 = 153 (168)

tRFC 2 = tRFC / 1.346
tRFC 4 = tRFC 2 / 1.625

tCWL = 16 (fail to boot if 15) tCWL = tCL or tCL -1
tRTP = 5 (defaults to 5 when set to the min of 4) tRTP as low as possible
Trdwr = 8 (fail to boot if lower)
tRDWR: these timings directly impact AVX. The tighter they are, the hotter AVX is. The looser they are, the cooler AVX is.

Yet to try lowering the below values
TwrwrSC = 1 (min value)
TwrwrSd = 2 (min value)
TwrwrDd = 2 (min value)
TrdrdSc = 1 (min value)
TrdrdSd = 2 (min value)
TrdrdDd = 2 (min value)

Third image.
tCKE = 1 (was 6 at min value of 1)
ProcODT = Auto
Command Rate = 1T
Gear Down Mode = Disabled
Power Down Enable = Disabled

DRAM voltage = 1.392 volts (default 1.35 volts)
SOC = auto (1.05 volts same as what the bios sets at stock.)
Everything else auto voltage wise.

I'd have a go and see if you can lower that SOC voltage, should be good @1.1v, at least from my research since struggling with my moronic RAM.

Will have a go reducing it, BIOS loves that voltage for some reason, even at stock. Hope what is posted above helps you.
