Its not a scientific issue. Its a social issue. So it isn't sensible.

Seems like an easy adjustment to make. Men will just have to improve their toilet habits a little bit i.e. don't **** on the seat.

As with all these things, I don't think it's particularly challenging to resolve. Women's toilets are also not full of wide open cubicles, so I'm not sure there's a great deal of difference between a women's toilet and a unisex toilet as they both stand.
 
Womens toilets are amazing. Some of them have sofas. Its like a secret meeting point for them. Its not fair. :p
 
Knowing how my wife would react to a man in women's clothing entering a ladies public toilet she was using is one of the reasons I have my solicitor on fast dial...

Doesn't seem that simple to me. A FtM trans is going to present just like a guy, albeit usually a quite short one. People tend to feel uncomfortable seeing such a person going into a women's bathroom.

I don't understand why this is even a debate and wtf does political views have to do with it? Toilet it a toilet, stalls have doors (unless ****** pub of course).

If you can't handle the fact some people have penises (no matter how small) and some have a vagina then don't bother being part of society.

Anyways your more likely to be sexually violated by a member of your own family then a stranger.
