I would probably start putting negative reviews on any site you can find, especially on Google. When I research a place my normal first port of call is to find it on Google Maps and look at the reviews. I've also posted a few on there.

Looking at some of the reviews, their story about payment being blocked for suspected fraud is probably true - it's probably them that are suspected and PayPal is refusing to give them money

Torque was the clue, initially googling it i just got an Antec Torque computer case, although with another search i managed to fine an Irish company who i assume it is.

Their design looks like someone copied OCUK but in the 90's with pictures everywhere!
