For the first time in my life, I have over million coins in FIFA.. and I'm very tempted by Mbappe, but naturally as you can imagine, I'm reluctant to blast the lot on 1 player.

Is Mbappe really that good? And would you recommend I get him or try investing with the coins somewhere else? Please help.
 
Finding the game such a frustrating experience. Though probably not helped by me playing "proper football" rather than "fut football" and what seems like my inability to defend.

Every game I seem to get swamped by the opposition defence yet only for their forwards to cut through my defence as the midfield go missing. I've played with tactics but cannot seem to find a balance where my back 4 aren't exposed. I don't want to play drop back though as its boring

Funnily enough, I used to find myself in situations like you Brabbinho, until I shifted to 433 (4) and gone defensive on my mids and defenders. I do tire of "parking the bus" but on the odd occasion, I get to play a game where it's expansive and open. I'm finding defending is so bad in this game that you have to overcompensate and go to extreme lengths to keep a clean sheet.
 
Just play like Rodgers Liverpool and aim to just score more than them. :D

The Team press option from the quick tactics menu is insane for pressing, can literally swarm over a team.

predictably they have reduced pace further and passing is beyond funny.

I’m sure they’ll be some saying nothings changed ....

In summary get learning the game again.
 
It’s garbage, why they have to **** about with it god knows. Every patch without fail they suck alittle bit more fun out of it, just glad this year I haven’t pumped silly money into it. I can see me sacking it off before Christmas if it carries on like this :p
 
I also noticed pace now is a joke, everyone getting caught up what the actual F ?

Passing has always been bad, no surprise there shocking really.

Servers are still dead

Passing is even worse though. It’s a radical idea but why not just pass where I direct it to go?
 
It's a complete mess.

My players are auto blocking shots, auto passing and shooting has been wrecked. I can't pass to a man next to me either, it's auto selecting players being marked.

Edit: Just played a back pass from the halfway line at full power and it tapped it to the striker next to me. And they've done absolutely nothing about drop back. ***** have made a tragic game even worse.
