US kills Iran's General Soleimani

How would that work then? Are you suggesting that both sides are doing what they can to prevent those unproven oil reserves from reaching the market?
I'm not suggesting anything.
Its just funny that whenever oil is involved, (or potentially involved) the US are also involved.

Or maybe its because the rothchilds do not own the central bank in Iran.

What oil reserves did Vietnam have? Or Cuba? Or Somalia? Or Korea? Or Panama? Want me to keep going?

I'm following developments on this situation, America has an axe to grind with Iran due to American personnel loosing their lives through so called terrorist attacks, I just hope the UK stays out of this one, We've got enough on our plate with bloody brexit :D

Good way to test our new carriers and F35s though...

Well, not overall no (in comparison to America's military strength), but if the USA engages in a war with Iran with "boots on the ground" it will get very bloody, and very fast. The Iraq war would seem tame in comparison..
Another consideration is that Iran is closer to Russia than London is to Wolverhampton, they might not be too happy about the USA conquering a country that close.

Which does nothing except show other countries Iran cannot be trusted to abide by its commitments and gives the US and Israel further scope for attacking Iranian facilities. Idiots.

No it does'nt, the USA ripped the deal up so it shows that they, the USA, can't be trusted.

Well I feel safer:

I wouldn't worry. There was never any evidence they were after nuclear arms in the first place. Khomeni even issued a fatwa against it.

They cleverly used the West's own propaganda to get the nuclear agreement and reduce sanctions. It's been a year since Trump walked away from the deal. They've waited this long to withdraw from their side. This is not a country after nuclear arms.

Saw this post on another forum that seems to sum up Trumps actions/failings quite well:

Basically, the president just organized a mob hit. He arranged fake peace talks to lure the other sides leader out from under protective cover and then assassinated him when he showed up.

It will destroy any possibility of anyone ever trusting the US for years to come.

I didn't think this could get any worse but it has.

Trump withdrew America from the deal, blame him. I certainly don't blame Iran for wanting nukes just now.

You need to pull yourself out of topsy turvy land :p.

The USA, who helped create the deal with Its allies, were the ones to then pull out of it because of Trump.

Iran and Europe were still keeping it going, but now Iran have had a top general assassinated by the USA so they have had enough.

The USA doesn't speak for the rest of the parties in the deal. The rest of those parties abided by and were committed to it. Iran has turned it's back on those countries.

In fairness, how many of those countries have officially condemned the USA for the assassination? IIRC some (I.E us) have officially supported it.

Only trumps circus disagreed with the deal fool. So many crazy trumpers claiming fiction = truth its quite disturbing but the norm in here.
